- Jim Ford Added February 06, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Michael fitted a replacement continuous flow gas hot water unit - following my online form submission on Wednesday evening, an email was received first thing Thursday morning with follow up calls to discuss my lack of hot water issue. Agreed on a new unit which was installed on Friday.
From start to finish, I knew exactly where I stood regarding timing and cost. Very professional service and excellent communication.
